Day thirteen of meditation

Bounced back!

I was extra tired this morning, Friday’s are always pretty hard to keep going. But I managed to meditate this morning. It actually caused me to run late for work but I made the decision that I needed it so much it was worth it.

And it was. Very much so. I had a shocking night sleep, it’s the end of the work week so I’m stressed and agitated. I needed it and it helped greatly.

I felt rejuvenated afterwards. I’m so glad I prioritised meditation 🙂
