Meditation: continuing the journey by doing

I’m checking in for meditation today. It’s officially February, but, as stated, I’d like to keep this particular focus going daily. So I meditated, I feel a bit better than I did previously, and I’m glad I did it.

Only small write ups on meditation from now on (unless I feel I have some sort of breakthrough to share) as I’d like to remain dedicated to what is supposed to be my focus for the month.
