Day two of flexibility

I practised yoga today! AND meditated πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

PLUS, I meditated in the MORNING! Yay yay yay!

My yoga practice wasn’t as long as I was hoping, but atleast I made a start. I tried a “before bed” yoga video on YouTube that went for 7minutes. It was good but I think I use it as a backup when I’m almost about to put off yoga for the day because it wasn’t as much of a stretch out as I was looking forward to. I’ll try a longer one next time.

Still, today I did and tomorrow I will do!
