I did it!
It’s day four of the month and all, but I did it! I both meditated and practiced yoga today 🙂
I’m doing yoga with adriene, a YouTube channel my housemate found that I really liked. It started out quite slow today, but I’m excited for the progression.
I’m still excited to go to yoga studios and all, but it’s super great knowing I have such a great and easy to access opportunity as a back up in my own home.
Meditation was good, but I mustn’t be sleeping well because it’s the third time his week I’ve almost fallen asleep during my session.
So, in terms of my goals? A successful day today 🙂
