I haven’t been practicing mindfulness as I expected to so far!
I was pretty much expecting to have it very structured and routine like but in fact it’s worked out much more natural.
I’ve occasional done some mindful writing about my SEL entires at the end of the day.
I’ve asked myself what I want from each day and every morning it’s to “have a good start and a productive day”, which I’ve been achieving.
I’ve been exercising more, and meditating more. Getting uni work done. Seeing friends and family.
It’s been great 🙂
And I’ve needed it. My mood has been a bit low the past few days, just a sensitive time I guess. But yeh, habits wise I’ve been my better self id say 🙂
