Day 20 or so of mindfulness

While it may seem as though I’ve been a bit unfocused on my focus this month, it’s actually been quite successful! I’ve meditated lots, practiced yoga lots, taken many a mindful pause and some deep breaths and such, I haven’t mindfully written as much as I’d like, but there’s been times where I’ve found myself distracted or even worse going out of my way to distract myself and then I’ve grabbed myself and thought “savour this moment”. It’s been a good month, and ultimately it’s just been really nice to regularly stop and think “what do you want from this moment? If you aren’t doing it, change that.” And I’ve followed through. It’s kept me centred, focused, calmed me, it’s been great.

Understated, and more subtle than my other focus choices so far, but great 🙂
